The judges confer and eventually announce the winners. To Sheldon's dismay, Tammy's own project - a silly craft involving popsicle sticks and glitter - wins first prize.
Sheldon storms over to the judges' table, his face purpling with rage. "What is the meaning of this?! My project was clearly superior! You've made a grave mistake!"
