Where Are Adductors Today

The adductors are a group of muscles located on the . They run from the pelvis (specifically the pubic bone and ischium) down to the femur (thigh bone) and, in one case (gracilis), to the tibia just below the knee. Their primary function is to pull your legs inward toward the midline of your body.
