Settings & Privacy → Visibility → Blocking → Unblock.

Click your profile picture (top right on desktop) → Settings & Privacy . unblocking someone on linkedin

On the left menu, choose Visibility → then Blocking and hiding . Settings & Privacy → Visibility → Blocking → Unblock
