Wake up and drink 16 oz of water before coffee. No phone for first 10 minutes. Stretch while your coffee brews.

Ground turkey or plant-based crumbles sautéed with bell peppers, onions, and taco seasoning, served over cauliflower rice or in lettuce cups. Top with salsa and avocado.

20-minute walk after dinner. That’s it. No gym required.
