Marcus stands at the pier in San Fierro. The Accountant arrives and hands him an envelope. "Your brother's killer wasn't in Carcer City. He was in this envelope the whole time." Marcus opens it. It's a photo of his brother... and Rudy. Rudy set him up from the start to steal the chop shop insurance. Marcus laughs bitterly, drops the photo into the bay, and walks away into the fog.
