Security footage (Camera ID: CAM-204) reviewed at 11:00 AM showed an individual, later identified as Employee #1423 (M. Torres), entering the restroom at 10:33 AM carrying a standard electric kettle. At 10:35 AM, the employee was observed pouring the contents of the kettle directly into the toilet bowl. Steam was visibly rising from the bowl immediately after the pour.
