Here is why you need to stop lurking and start participating. Let’s face it: The stock Windows ISO is a one-size-fits-all mess. For a home user, maybe that’s fine. But for a gaming rig, a kiosk, a legacy enterprise machine, or an offline audio workstation, the default installation is hostile territory.
