The increasing popularity of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter has created new avenues for individuals to share their experiences, interests, and hobbies. The hashtag #my son's pic missax, which translates to "my son's picture is missing," has become a popular trend on social media, particularly among parents who share pictures of their children. This study aims to explore the impact of social media on lifestyle and entertainment through the lens of this hashtag.

The proliferation of social media has transformed the way we consume and interact with lifestyle and entertainment content. Platforms like Instagram and Facebook have become essential channels for individuals to share their personal experiences, interests, and hobbies. This study examines the pictorial representation of a son's lifestyle and entertainment through social media, specifically focusing on the hashtag #my son's pic missax. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the ways in which social media shapes and reflects lifestyle and entertainment choices.

This study employed a qualitative approach, using content analysis and semi-structured interviews to gather data. A sample of 50 Instagram posts with the hashtag #my son's pic missax was selected and analyzed for content, themes, and patterns. Additionally, 10 parents who frequently use this hashtag were interviewed to gain a deeper understanding of their motivations and experiences.
