Overview Miniconda is a free, minimal installer for conda—a package manager and environment management system. While Miniconda itself is open-source (under the BSD 3-Clause license), the software channels (repositories) it connects to by default —specifically the defaults channel hosted by Anaconda Inc.—introduce commercial use restrictions.
