Kamakshi kamala-kshi, kamala-kucha-mandala | Kamala-sannibha-bhuja, kamala-charana-yugala || Kamalotpala-malini, kamalananda-vardhini | Lalitambika-padam bhaje || 3 ||

I worship the feet of Lalitambika, who holds the conch, discus, and mace; destroys enemies; sits on the lion-throne; is bowed to by gods and demons; embodies Vedic knowledge; and assumes the form that deludes the universe.

Whoever recites this garland of nine gems in the pure morning obtains all success by the grace of Lalitambika.
