Forty-seven minutes. An eternity.

She turns off the Xbox. The green light fades.

Cairo Station. The marines have unfinished textures. The Covenant elites speak in placeholder dialogue. A Grunt screams, “ Quack! ” instead of a battle cry. It’s broken. It’s beautiful.
