Look at the bottom right corner of your screen (or the top right, depending on your UI scale). Click the two-person icon (Friends list).
Fast forward a week. You queue into a game, hear a familiar voice on comms, and realize it’s that same player—but this time, they’re actually being helpful, funny, and carrying the team. Now you can’t hear them, and you can’t type to them.
That’s it. You have unblocked them. This is the most common support ticket. You unblocked them, but in the next game, they are still muted.

Hover your mouse over the blocked player’s name. A small "X" or "Unblock" button will appear to the right of their name.
