Rika Furude dies repeatedly across countless alternate timelines, almost always as a victim of a mysterious, unavoidable “curse.” Her canonical, final death that triggers the main story’s resolution occurs when she is disemboweled by her trusted friend, Satoko Houjou, in June 1983.
