We’ve all been there. You click “Update” on your Mac, only to realize later that your favorite app—Apple’s own Pages —no longer opens. Or perhaps you’re holding onto macOS Catalina or Mojave for specific software, and the new Pages update says, “You need macOS Ventura or later.”

Click the Apple logo > App Store. (Not “Software Update” – that’s different.) We’ve all been there

Scroll through “Purchased” (or search for “Pages” using Command+F). If you don’t see it, make sure you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. Click the Apple logo > App Store

So go ahead—breathe new life into that 2012 MacBook Pro. Your documents (and your budget) will thank you.
